Recorded during the pre-post-pandemic quagmire of late '21 and early '22. Mastered by Rich Rankin, whose sonic handiwork is interstellar. Even better, Rich played vibraphone on "Laura's Aura" — lending a jazzy lounge mood to the aural mélange. The b-side, "Feelin," is a favorite track re-invented from the Colombian cumbia-club combo Bomba Estereo. But in the hands and heads of Alewife, it's a brand-new experience.
